The oddly named "Infrastructure Trust" gets to the heart of the matter in its very name. Time has long since passed when anyone trusted a Chicago mayor with the taxpayers hard earned money. So, what history, what experience and what tangible evidence can this mayor offer that he is indeed trustworthy?
